Paul has specialised in both public and private equities for over 30 years. Paul began his career at Wood MacKenzie, (Now a major global, oil & gas, mining research group) and went on to run it’s NY brokerage operations (as part of Hill Samuel merchant bank) before becoming a director of County NatWest WoodMac. He later joined Salomon Brothers Investment Bank as EVP of its European Equities capital markets division and was latterly responsible for launching a number of highly innovative synthetic and structured financing solutions for major corporations. Paul has successfully founded, listed and advised numerous businesses on NASDAQ and AIM and raised over £1bn primarily in the Oil & Gas, Mining and technology sectors. Founder of Aim listed technology company Verditek PLC, developing cutting edge solar roofing product, de-oderisation machines and liquid gas absorption technology – oil and gas industry. George has over 30 years’ experience in both publicly quoted equities and private equity investments. His career in investment banking began in 1986 with George first working at Hambros Bank as a credit analyst. Subsequently, George specialised in Spanish equities for over two decades working at Dillon Read and later becoming CEO of Flemings Spain, an MD at JP Morgan before working at Cazenove and ABN Amro in European Equities. Since 2008, George has raised several million dollars for a number of private technology ventures in the clean tech emission reductions space, ultimately resulting in his becoming founder of Verditek PLC, and spearheading Verditek PLC’s IPO listing it on the AIM stock market. George is also a founding partner of Farm Street Partners Investment Management and is a co-founder of the Eight Great Technologies UK venture capital fund shortly to be launched under ex cabinet Minister for UK Science and Universities, the Right Honourable Lord David Willetts.

Wayne has major international experience ranging from start-ups to mature company growth. Wayne has built both modular and volumetric homes and has developed proprietary ‘In-House’ manufacturing capability. Created Nasdaq listed firm in the US prior to founding one of the largest and most successful offsite modular companies currently operating in the UK, Elements Europe Ltd. Since 2005, designed and delivered more than 2,000 modular homes and apartments, student rooms, hotel rooms, schools, and care homes. Won multiple awards for ‘Innovation in Offsite’. Speaker at numerous housing events including Govt’s ‘Kate Barker Review of Housing Conference’. Specialist in the introduction of new products, specific country accreditation, factory set up and project roll out from design through delivery.

Griff has spent a large part of his career focusing on the ‘off- site’ design and engineering challenges of modular and volumetric construction for the affordable housing sector. He was responsible for the design and engineering for the first modular homes built to the Scottish Gold Standards as well as the first to achieve“Breeam Excellent” on the first modular care home design purely through mediums of electricity and water re DHW and heating. He is cofounder of ‘SLSL’ an affordable housing system, was Technical Director at F1 modular, Head of Design and Engineering at Swift Manufacturing working closely with Kiers on modular solution for schools. His core skill set is the ability to harness the ‘best of breed’ technology and apply to create the most cost-effective modular build systems.

Gary has 25+ years os strategy and leadership experience as (CEO/MD, COO, CFO) in high profile organisations operating in diverse sectors. Has a reputation as a strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement strategic plans, orchestrating transformational cultural and operational change, forging and leading high performing teams to deliver against demanding expectations.

Key executive roles included; National Managing Partner/CEO of Sparke Helmore Lawyers, Chief Operating Officer for the Mirvac Group [ASX:MGR] and MD/CEO of Australia Rugby Union.

Ken has a wealth of corporate experience accumulated over a successful career spanning over 35 years.

Key roles included: Executive General Manager International of James Hardie Building Products, CEO Goodman Fielder Asia and MD of Tourism Australia. In addition, he also served as Chair of the Royal Botanic. Gardens and Domain Trust and Governor of WWF Australia. He has been Chairman and NED on more than 20 boards in 11 industry sectors and currently is a NED of Timberlink Australia and The ABX Group.

Greg was Head of Wimpey NSW, Australia and for a decade was principal land buyer and developer of over 1,400 residential generally located in Sydney, NSW area. Subsequently, Greg became the key manager of Oran Park Town, master planning a community of 5,500 residential lots, a town centre of 500 Sqm, 3 K-12 schools, and a senior Living village. Most recently, Greg has worked for the Defence Housing Association (‘DHA’) since 2018, acquiring residential sites in metropolitan Sydney, Newcastle Nowra and ACT. Greg has been the winner of the UDIA awards for best residential development and Environmental Excellence. Greg has originated, developed and managed projects amounting to several thousand residential units across Goodman Fielder Asia and MD of Tourism Australia. Andrew has gained 25-years of broad business development experience covering a number of industries including; Aviation where he is was Sales Director for Execu-Jet, Telecoms, national sales manager for Australia at AT&T, co-founder of Pulse Australasia. Andrew has a proven ability to develop highly productive relationships across sales, finance and operations. At Volante Integrated Technology he was a key management executive that took the business from 7 to over 400 employees and brought in Macquarie Investment Trust to fund the growth.
